Airlander 10, the world's largest aircraft, on Wednesday crashed at its Cardington Airfield base in Bedfordshire, England after attempting its second test flight. 。

HAV in May 2015 launched a campaign for Airlander 10 to take flight and believed the aircraft could be used for several functions. Chief Executive Officer Stephen McGlennan said the aircraft could "provide air transportation for people and goods without the need for a runway.
