This drink is simply espresso and milk topped with a snowy-peaked meringue cookie. Unlike whipped cream, meringue won't melt into a drippy mess nor does it conventionally contain any dairy. It looks like modern art, which is fitting because the cafe itself functions as an art gallery as well as a place to try concoctions like the Iceberg Macchiato, where espresso is poured over an iceberg of frozen milk.。
